Sword & Llama

Collect fish, get to know them, show them off on stream then pull in sponsors who help you unlock more unique stuff to build gorgeous tanks meant for your personal style. A cozy aquascaping game with objectives.

How it plays

Three things, on repeat, forever

Shape the water

Sculpt substrate into hills and valleys, plant carpets and stems, and place hardscape until the tank reads the way you want it to. There's no correct layout — only the one you keep looking at.

Keep it liveable

Every species has a temperature it's happy in. Match the tank to the fish, run the squeegee over the glass when algae creeps in, and the rest takes care of itself.

Open it up

People show up to watch. Sponsors call you — actually call you — with jobs that fit what you've built. Do them or don't; the tank is still yours.

Scaping, recoloring, and a feeding-time scramble — captured in-engine.

Aquavale is on Steam

It's not out yet, but you can wishlist it now. Wishlisting is the single most useful thing you can do to help a small game get made — it tells Steam people care, and it means you'll get pinged the moment it's playable.

Not on Steam? That's alright.

Leave your email and I'll give you a shout when there's a demo, and when it's out.
